Charlie does London

I’ve had the pleasure of spending my weekend with this handsome fella! This was William’s nephews first ever visit to London city and the excitement had been building for months. His “London things to do list” had four must sees; Big Ben, the Queen’s Home, Uncle Billy’s Home and Kalps’ blog! (how cute is he???) IMG_5906 Continue reading

Wedding Guest

I don’t normally have rules for dressing up, however weddings are the exception. With black and white out of the colour palette and hem length, baring shoulder and cleavage to consider, along with a dress that transitions from the day ceremony to night reception, the whole process can be a sartorial minefield! The key is to not upstage the bride so anything that screams “look at me” should be avoided (enter prom dresses, maxi’s with trains, multi-coloured sequins, see through dresses, plunging necklines, backless or cut-out dresses and jeans and a t-shirt!). Also it’s worth checking what colour the bridesmaids are wearing to avoid getting confused as being part of the bridal party. Bearing in mind all these potential faux pas, it’s still important to look your best 🙂 IMG_5712
